'Early Bird' Prize Winners
The following individuals won the prize drawings for registering early for
APA's 2008 annual meeting in Washington, D.C., next month. There were three
categories of eligibility.
- Drawn from those who registered by February 1: Ezra Griffith, M.D.,
an APA distinguished life fellow from New Haven, Conn., won a free roundtrip
airline ticket.
- Drawn from those who registered by February 15: Emily White, a
medical student from La Jolla, Calif., won a free night's hotel stay at the
annual meeting.
- Drawn from those who registered by March 1: Roger Chan, M.D., an APA
life member from West Bloomfield, Mich., won reimbursement for the annual
meeting's full-time registration fee.
