The APA Early Career Psychiatrist Caucus is sponsoring a "crash
course" titled "Prescribing by Psychologists: How Can We Protect
Patients" at APA's 2006 annual meeting next month in Toronto. It will be
held on Monday, May 22, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Jasper Room of the
Fairmont Royal York Hotel.
On that same day, early career psychiatrists and members-in-training are
invited to attend a "networking event" where refreshments and hors
d'oeuvres will be served. It will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the
Monte Cristo at 5 Mercer Street. Those who plan to attend should RSVP to Alex
Sittig at
asittig{at}psych.org.
A flyer about the event is posted at
