Test Your Knowledge!
Three "Focus Live" sessions will be held at APA's 2006 annual
meeting in which an audience-response system (ARS) is used to allow
participants to test their knowledge. The 90-minute sessions will cover topics
from APA's newest journal, Focus: The Journal of Lifelong Learning in
Psychiatry. During the sessions, experts will lead lively discussions
based on multiple-choice questions that the audience answers using the ARS.
The ARS instantly projects a histogram on a screen allowing private comparison
with the responses of others in the audience and offers a new and entertaining
way to learn. Sessions will be moderated by the editors of Focus,
Deborah J. Hales, M.D., and Mark Hyman Rapaport, M.D., and will be held in
Room 714A Level 700 Toronto Convention Centre
South.
