Erratum
In the November 19, 2004, issue, the name of Mary Roessel, M.D., was
spelled incorrectly. In addition, the professional title given for Lisa
Andermann, M.D., was incorrect. Andermann is a staff psychiatrist at Mount
Sinai Hospital and an assistant professor of culture, community, and health
studies in the department of psychiatry at the University of Toronto.
