APAs Board of Trustees
Traditionally, sitting at the Board of Trustees table at each meeting are voting and nonvoting members, as well as those specified in APAs Operations Manual as "others in attendance." A plan approved by the Board of Trustees at its meeting last month drops one of the vice-president positions and combines the secretary and treasurer positions.
