Washington, D.C. Fall Component Meetings September 39, 2001
Last month about 600 APA members came to Washington, D.C., to conduct the work of the Association through its committees, councils, task forces, and other components. This years special guest was Surgeon General David Satcher, M.D., who addressed a plenary session on his recent report "Mental Health: Culture, Race, and Ethnicity" (see page 1).
